Policy Agreement

User of AmericasMint.com is bound by the policy’s set forth by AmericasMint.com. All users of AmericasMint.com web site must be 18 years of age & above. AmericasMint.com may change policy Agreement at any time.

Order Cancellation Policy

1. Please review your order information before you submit to AmericasMint.com. If there is an item you do not want, be sure to change our order quantity.
2. If you need to cancel your order buyer will be subject to the Return Policy’s Rules.
3. CollegeCoins.com #1 Policy is Customer Satisfaction. If there are any questions regarding policies, please e-mail, Sales@AmericasMint.com.

Prices

1. Prices of items are subject to change by AmericasMint.com.
2. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
3. All payments to AmericasMint.com are to be paid in U.S. Dollars Only.

Shipping Policy

1. Orders placed for shipment within the United States are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
2. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Service.
3. Shipping charges on returns will not be refunded.
4. Orders will be shipped to the Ship To Address on the order. Buyer must verify the Ship To Address before submitting an order.
5. If the Buyer has submitted an incorrect address please e-mail, Sales@AmericasMint.com immediately.
6. Purchase will be shipped within 4-5 business days.
7. Shipping charges will be based on the USPS. Minimum charges will be $6.75 per order.
8. Additional USPS charges will be added to the order.

Delivery Estimate

1. Orders take 4-8 business days to arrive at the Ship To Address via First Class Mail.
2. Delivery time may vary depending on the area of the U.S. of the Ship To Address.
3. Delivery times are based on the USPS and are not guaranteed by AmericasMint.com.

Sales Tax

1. Approximated sales tax will be charged to residents of the state of Indiana.

International Orders

1. Processing of orders outside of the United States, please send an Order Support Request to Sales@AmericasMint.com with the items you (buyer) are interested in purchasing.
2. Orders placed for shipment outside the U.S. must be paid through PayPal only.
3. Direct credit card billing for International Orders is not available (use PayPal Credit Card Payments only).
4. Orders shipped outside the U.S. are shipped First Class Service via the USPS.
5. Orders outside the U.S. are subject to additional service charges.
6. International Orders will be shipped to the Ship To Address ONLY. If a mistake is realized e-mail Sales@AmericasMint.com immediately.
7. Items will be shipped 4-5 business days from payment receipt.
8. Sales Tax does not apply to customers outside the U.S.

Return Policy

Returns are Subject to the following terms:

1. 15% restocking fees apply on returns less than 15 days of purchase date.
2. 50% restocking fees apply on returns after 16-30 days of purchase date.
3. No returns of products after 31 days from date of purchase.
4. There will be no refunds on the shipping & handling fees.
5. Returns must be shipped to the address: AmericasMint, PO Box 17247, Ft Mitchell, KY 41017.
6. Returns are shipped at the Purchasers expense.
7. Returns must be shipped via the USPS ONLY.
8. No C.O.D shipping will be accepted.

Warranty Policy

1. The Manufacture and not AmericasMint.com warrant products purchased on AmericasMint.com.
2. Products must be returned to the address in Return Policy & Shipped at the buyer’s expense.
3. Warranty’s that apply are subject to AmericasMint.com & the Manufacture.
